Our Story

 

ACA Revenue Systems is a division of Action Collection Agencies, Inc. ("ACA"). ACA was founded in 1967 and, in 1991, was acquired by ACA’s President, Jay E. Gonsalves, who continues to operate and lead the business today.  Upon acquisition, Jay formed Action Collection Agencies, Inc., with a simple vision of being a trusted partner to his clients that would reduce their delinquencies while improving the customer’s experience.
